Reboot the device using the following steps:

• Press STANDBY and allow the device to go into Standby Mode
• Press STANDBY again and allow the device to power down
• Press the power button on the back of the device
• Unplug the power cord and leave the device unplugged for 30 seconds
• Plug the power cord back in and press the power button
• Press STANDBY once – the device will initialize and return to music playback

Verify the video output type correctly matches the video cables being used (ex, if you have an HDMI cable, make sure the device is set for that).

Verify the resolution is set appropriately for your display.

Ensure that the TV monitor is set to the correct input.

If you have a Visual-equipped ProFusion device, ensure that you are not using the audio signal from the HDMI cable. Audio should always be played using the RCA output.

Verify that the audio cables are connected correctly for your zone settings. Contact Mood Client Support for assistance.
