• After logging into Mood Mix, click or tap on your username/e-mail address in the top-right corner of the window.
• Click or tap My Profile.
• Adjust your e-mail address, first/last name, and password from the window that appears.
• When finished, click Update.

• From the Mood Mix login page, click or tap the Forgot Password? link.
• Enter the login e-mail address you use to log in to Mood Mix in the field provided (if you cannot remember your username, please contact Mood Client Support).
• Click the SEND ME RESET PASSWORD INSTRUCTIONS button.
• An e-mail will be sent to the address you provided, with instructions on how to reset your Mood Mix password.

NOTE: Be sure to check your spam folder to ensure that your e-mail provider does not automatically move the e-mail to spam. The password reset e-mail will come from noreply@moodmedia.com.

The e-mail address used when you signed up for Mood Mix is used as your username when logging into Mood Mix.

If you are unable to determine your username, please contact Mood Client Support to recover your Mood Mix username.

Mood Mix is available on the following platforms:

Accessing the Mood Mix app and controlling Mix playback requires a stable Internet connection.
Accessing the Mood Mix web application requires a stable Internet connection and an up-to-date web browser.

Browser recommendations and minimum browser requirements:
Chrome – v40 or higher (recommended browser)
Firefox – v38 or higher
Safari – v8 or higher

Minimum Internet Requirements:
Mood Mix streaming requires a consistent bandwidth of at least 150 kbps
